5 /5 jlh: My experience with Howard was excellent. It was immediately clear that he had in depth experience in evaluating employment contracts. With a short period of time to respond to an offer, Howard quickly identified, and clearly explained the risks, with certain covenants so that I could either follow up with questions, or that I fully understood the risks in worst case scenarios. He was also very good in comparing my contract terms with others in the hedge fund industry and was knowledgeable about both standard practice and also emerging themes. Hopefully I will not need his services again, but he would be my first call.
