1 /5 Nihanna Nihanna: Kim Salerno Law is the worst. Kims office would not respond to my emails or my phone calls, and it was very frustrating. Kim is very unprofessional, from the fact that you have to try and contact her 20 times before you might get a response. On the day of our closing she decided to send in her paralegal without notifying me in advance. I am paying for a lawyer and yet she is sending a paralegal to do the work who was not even competent to handle the situation, not that Kim is either. When she finally did show up after I said the paralegal was unacceptable, she came in jeans and looked very unprofessional. She was extremely rude along with her staff. She is unorganized and also a liar. I contacted her in regards to receiving the deed for the property I had purchased and she said that it must have gotten lost in the mail because the post office was loosing mail recently a lot ( that makes no sense). I waited some more time and then contacted her again and come to realize she had filed the paperwork incorrectly and sent the deed to the wrong address. I would not recommend Solerno Law!
