He stands by his client 100% The man truly has a passion for practicing law and always cares for his clients!! I have alot of respect for this man. He has helped my family out tremendously. Sana I cannot say enough good things about Mr Nichols. He is super nice and very approachable, unlike many other attorneys. He and his team helped me so much in my case. When I had my N400 and I751 appointments, the officer told me my case was already approved and she told me she doesn’t need to see any additional evidence! Mr Nichols and his team had submitted such an extensive application packet to them that nothing more was needed. So happy!

steve sloan Were so happy we were referred to Gregory Cuvelier for help with our individual Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Proxies, and a Living Trust for our home as well. These were much more confusing than I had expected. Thankfully, Greg answered all my questions (multiple times) and provided crucial advice we needed to complete the documents we requested. Mostly we will always be grateful for Gregs demonstrated patience. We mis-placed these important documents during the notarization process, Greg had to meet with us again to rebuild the original requirements so we could move forward.

Dennis Saville Megan (and her entire staff) were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. In several meetings, Megan assisted us in drawing up Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies that comported with our wishes and our financial and family situations. Megan offered suggestions along the way, always emphasizing the final decisions were ours to make. As a retired attorney (but not an Elder Attorney), I found Megan exceptionally well versed in the relevant laws, including potential pitfalls. The fee we paid was very reasonable for the services and time we received. I highly recommend Megan as a local attorney with strong roots in our community.

James Storms I was reading the reviews for this Legal Aid Society, and I dont find the negative reviews to be helpful at all. I had a very positive experience when dealing with everyone there. Yes there are a lot of people that need help that go to this place. So maybe the secretaries are abrupt and quick to transfer you to the attorneys voicemail. Kate Bellingham, my attorney was very helpful there was a little communication, but it wasnt necessary. She handled my case completely professionally. She talked to me when I needed to hear from her. People have to remember they are not the only one in a long list of others in need of these lawyers assistance. I am sure the staff is overwhelmed and doing the best that they can. Those that cant understand this are just selfish and ignorant. You are not the only person with an issue that needs to be dealt with in court.
