I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.
