1 /5 RD Milano: I DO NOT recommend this attorney. He handled several issues for me and he was very difficult to work with. First case was a civil case and he did ok but things went down hill when his interests apparently outweighed mine and his ego and arrogance are unbelievable. He doesn’t seem to care what the client wants, he does what he wants and acts as if he owns the case/client. He had a great reputation and that’s why I hired him but he disobeyed my express directions and was downright hostile after I gave him thousands of dollars. He has kept my money and left me unrepresented. I feel compelled to strongly caution those considering his services as they are not what they apparently once were. Thats my recommendation so take it or leave it...

5 /5 Best Suellen “Elle”: I am pleased with the outcome of the case Mr. Benjamin handled for me. He knows the law and knows how to get the best deal you deserve. He was quick, professional, answered all my questions/concerns, and made me feel understood. Hopefully I wont be needing an attorney again any time soon, but if so, I will call Ron.

1 /5 Carlos Martinho: Ronald is more like Ronald Mcdonald. He is incompetent, and his staff fall asleep during deposition. Paid this clown $5000 on a easy winnable case and he got all my motions dismissed and I lost. This guy is a Cracker Jack lawyer and you can do much much better. I would also suggest you run him criminally before you retain him. Stay away from this joke of a law firm and their fruit loop law degree.

5 /5 Joel Fajardo: Mr. Ronald R Benjamin is the BEST LAWYER in the southern tier...He cares about you winning any case. & hes reasonable, his staff are all professionals and very helpfull. Bottom line if you need an attorney: bring your issues to this law firm because he knows how to represent you & gets good results.
