I am an experienced lawyer acting as trustee under the Trust and I knew this was a complicated area. I was referred to Muchnik Elder Law by a top trust and estate attorney who was not an expert in elder law and but recognized that I needed specialized advice, especially about the rules and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid eligibility.
