1 /5 Cahban Morris: Not sure how they have a perfect score on here because there’s no way I am the only person that had this kind of experience with Raytsin! So here’s my review; it took them 5 years to settle my straight forward case, someone rear ended me; clear cut case! In that five year they called me twice, I had to call to get updates and every single time I called to get an update on my case I had to reintroduce myself, give my name, my case and what am calling about (didn’t make sense)! They ended up getting a settlement offer which they rejected without my knowledge; after losing it on them in year 4 and telling them to get this thing over and done with because I don’t even live in New York anymore they finally got the case done! It took them weeks to let me know that the case was over with! When I got there to collect the settlement they handed it to me, went to bank so I don’t lose the check only to find out I needed to wait 24 hours before depositing! No one told me this! All I know is my injuries from my accident was bad and I should sue them too for pain and suffering because they added to my distress!
