5 /5 Carolyn Simmons: I cant say enough good things about this law office. They are friendly, efficient and helpful......not some of the time but ALL OF THE TIME. They have a thorough knowledge of elder and estate law. They respond quickly to emails and phone messages. They are meticulous when it comes to details. Everyone went out of their way to make settling my friends estate easy for me. On top of all of that, they have been careful to practice and enforce the use of masks and social distancing efforts. I must say that they have not let a worldwide pandemic slow them down! I truly appreciate the kindness and the efforts of everyone I have met and/or talked to on the phone at this law office. The process was quick, professional, and happened seamlessly with the process of purchasing a home in the state of Nevada. Everything happened on time or faster, even with all the complications to business/office closings, etc. by COVID-19. I had the pleasure of working with JoAnn Human, Paralegal, who handles real estate processes in Mrs. George’s office. JoAnn stayed in touch with me even when working from home, including evening and weekend correspondence when needed. My inquiries were responded to and addressed immediately (even though the office had modified hours at the time due to the COVID-19 pandemic). JoAnn kept the process on schedule during this difficult time of offices, courts, title companies, surveyors, etc. all having modified hours and work schedules. 5 /5 M L: I hired Pat George to open a trust for a relative of mine. Job was done thoroughly and professionally in a respectful amount of time. Very knowledgeable! Along with the trust I had some out of state real estate taken care of. The real estate department here is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. 5 /5 sue phi: Needed Elder Law Services assistance in process Im neither familiar or experienced with. Quick timeframe for callback and for subsequent appointment schedule time. There is roadwork construction presently, so expect to arrive a bit earlier to get a parking space (as of end of July 2021). Handicapped accessibility. Masks are worn for client safety. Congeniality is practiced here. No pressure. Suggestions were made after I explained what I thought I needed. Papers were drafted. Everything so well explained, I did not even need to take notes, which I take notes pretty much 100 percent of the time for new to me important matters. Attorney explained what my next process may be and at what point Id likely need his services again. I am confident in the process. Highly recommend.
