I called the firm asking to speak to an attorney and an unnamed individual who answered the phone was acting tough and rude when I asked to speak to the attorney he told me you called me you don’t get to ask the questions I do. What kind of service is this? Rudest law firm in the history of firms. And they claim to care about their clients. Well I sure don’t believe that.

Frank was extremely personable , informative and straightforward. I was confident that hiring him as my legal counsel would be the right choice. 5 /5 Joy: I called Nick Massimo for help with a traffic ticket. I got the number from the internet after doing a search. I read the reviews, which were great. So I decided to call - and I took a chance . SO GLAD I DID! I got a prompt answer and spoke with Nick Massimo the first time I called. He was very polite,listened attentively, and explained everything in detail. He answered any questions I had, discussed in detail the possible case scenarios -and then before ending- repeated his contact info and again extended an opportunity to answer questions. I felt so much better after we spoke. At a later time, he called me to discuss the court date;and he asked me-not told-he asked me what I wanted to do. He explained every option pretty clearly. Then he went to court. He called me after court with better news than I couldve hoped for. He was very nice,very helpful and very informative from start to finish. He made a super lousy situation so much less stressful by explaining everything and just being a good guy. He did what two attorneys couldn’t in a matter of months . Unlike other attorneys Frank really cared about us not just the settlement he fought to get our case settled fast .
