I was certain I was losing my license given the charges and my prior driving history. The misdemeanor I was initially charged for was dropped to a traffic infraction as well as the other 3 tickets I was issued dropped to close to nothing. They were a great help and things went very smooth dealing with multiple court dates and also traveling outside of Albany. They were very professional and I’m pleased with my experience.
