NBT Bank - Oneida (NY)

JennaRae Knight Rehan and Kathy of Helmedech and Young are very professional, understanding and kind. After a move and businesses in two states and a lot of confusion on my part, they guided me through the process with understanding and professionalism. I am grateful that I decided to work with them, and will continue to do so in the future.

Kimberly Devine-Brink I opened my first account with this bank in 1994 when it was National Bank of Geneva and went through the change to Five Star. For at least a decade of that time, I lived out of state but kept my 5* account. In fact, I may still be using that same account for my monthly bills, but Im not sure. My children had their first savings accounts with this bank, and learned how to budget here. Over the years, I have ALWAYS known I could walk into this branch with an issue, talk to someone and walk out with a resolution or confidence that the individual I spoke to would do their best to help me. 5* is a good bank, but this branch is part of the community.

Rebecca Murphy-Fish Small location with only 2 tellers inside. I just wanted to give this location 5 stars because goddess bless the teller the day I was there who had to deal w/ a nasty middle aged white lady and did so professionally and kindly.

Alyssa Hartman Draven helped me so much with getting my insurance lowered. He answered all my questions in a very timely manner, I never went more than 5 hours without hearing from him with answers. He is extremely kind and helpful in all ways!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Thomas Charland Applied for loan online One Main Financial Plattsburgh which was extremely easy to navigate, then followed up in person to complete documents. Tammy assisted me and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely go back if needed.
