NBT Bank - Schoharie (NY)

2 /5 Karen Elsberry: This bank now shuts down your bank card almost 2 months before it is due to expire!! Then when you call the main number you get a runaround with answers being pulled from a hat. When she finally looked at my account this was the answer she came up with. I have had my accounts with NBT for a long time and now suddenly this and she claims its always been this way. So I call my branch and they said they dont do that but I couldnt get any answers there either. So just know that you will not be able to have access to your money for 2 months!

5 /5 Shanna Rhodes: Very nice staff, always have a smile on there faces. Very helpful to! And even with all of the changes were all going through during this pandemic, there doing a great job with keeping there staff and others safe. Keep up the good work ladies.

1 /5 a boys dad: 9am-3pm lobby hours; what a joke. How is someone supposed to conduct banking business that cant be done through the drive-thru after 3pm? Talk about, Literally, "Bankers Hours"!
