1 /5 Stormy Osby: I would never use their services again or recommend to anyone . In fact when I know of someone looking for assistance in law or family matters I tell them to steer away from this office . The ladies behind the desk were excellent to work with, always providing as much information as they could . Nathan however I feel was very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and does not listen to his client at all. It’s what he wants. You work for me ! Not the other way around . Poor communication. I had emergency court dates that I did not get because he failed to notify me . Every time I sat down to speak with him I had to give him a re run of the case. As if he didn’t have paperwork in front of him or as if it’s not his job to do these things . Would call me 10 mins before court to talk, with a month in between each date there’s plenty of time to call besides ten mins before ! Highly disliked !

He is very busy, but always made sure I had my questions answered. He got to know me and my situation to understand the case. He listened when no one else did. When my case was over I thanked him so much and I could tell he was happy for me and my family. Highly recommend

1 /5 john vader: We had an appointment for a consultation with Nathan at 4pm the other day and arrived 10 minutes prior to that time. Nathan was in court in Batavia; so I’m confused as to why we didn’t receive a phone call letting us know what was going on. We sat and waited for 30 minutes until the staff said we would need to reschedule. We said we would just wait until he got there. We waited for another 30 minutes totaling an hour; not a good first impression. After taking us back some very rude, unprofessional comments were made about the case. However, we still were going to proceed to “hire” him. If you don’t have the total anticipated amount for the case, then forget about hiring him. We asked if he would do large weekly payments before he even began working on the case and we were told no. Unfortunately we didn’t have $2500 just to fork over. After all of this we were still going to hire him as our lawyer because to be honest there aren’t many choices in a small community and we have been wanting to get this issue resolved for a long time. Also, Nathan did seem confident in the case. I asked for a letter stating that we were planning to hire him for this case; however he refused until we paid the $2500. With that being said- the ladies in the office were very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a flaky, unprofessional, and unkind lawyer and have thousands of dollars laying around- then this is your guy- hire Nathan Pace.
