She demonstrated professionalism when communicating and explained the legal process in a way I could understand it. She answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Id recommend her to anyone and would readily reach out again if I needed to. She was the professional I trusted during the whole process who made my life a lot easier as I knew she was competent and would do the best she could to help my husband and myself.

They made the process smooth, they were very responsive and timely, and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely work with this firm again if the need should arise.

She bent over backwards to make sure we closed on the home, and really went an extra mile that wasnt required of her (numerous times). My family and I are so impressed and grateful. Shes a treasure in this market. Five stars all the way!

2 /5 Joanne B: Morgan was great till the day the buyers signed and paid for my home I was selling . She apparently blocked me from contacting the office .This left me with the conclusion the real estate transaction did not go thru . I had to ask a close friend to see if she could get thru to the office and she could easily . Finally, ( after my friend spoke to Morgan’s office secretary ) Morgan contacted me that the sale was successful and funds will be deposited into my account . Anyone who has sold and or purchased a home can appreciate how these actions of not hearing from one’s attorney and not being able to contact them on the closing day can cause increased angst . A stressful situation was intensified by Morgan’s lack of actions and lack of communication. Now I hear from Morgan to contact the office to discuss the Real Easter transaction. I am relieved this is over. In the future , Morgan would be the last attorney that I would contact. Was obvious this firm was dodging my calls when both a close friend and my realtor could contact the office while I was calling . . Tnis is just unacceptable and unprofessional behavior .
