When we arrived at the office for our initial consultation, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. During our appointment with Ken, he thoroughly explained all of our options and answered any questions we had. Once we retained him, we received our drafts in a timely manner. When we called the office, Ken always made himself available to speak with us, or called us back soon after and provided detailed explanations for our additional inquiries. During our signing appointment, Ken was incredibly efficient as we executed each document. We have comfort in knowing this was all taken care of by someone so knowledgeable. Along with our final paperwork, we received an amazing goodie bag which was a very special and unique way to end an already enjoyable experience.
