I was asked ten questions like “if someone makes you mad while driving, should you get out of the car and confront them?” even if you miss multiple questions you can pass. A clear grifting scheme to basically accept money not to give you points on your license. The area collects so much welfare from taxpayers from the rest of the state as-is.
