He was very upfront about the legal process, the length of time it takes, and how much of a settlement she could realistically expect to receive. It did indeed take over two years for the case to settle, but his office was very easy to deal with throughout and my daughter ultimately ended up with a settlement that was even bigger than we had hoped for!
