If they were busy with another client, they always got back to me within a VERY reasonable amount of time. They obviously care very much about the clients and their families. Its rare to find a lawyer who will, in no uncertain terms, tell you how it is. Lawyers often have a reputation for being evasive and putting a spin on things. You wont find that here.
