Bonnie Myers It took a couple of days for my online "intake form" to be processed, but once they let me know I qualified for services, we made an appointment for the next day with Wendy LaMare (Lashway). She was punctual, succinct, and explained everything in understandable terms. Within a week, she presented us with the new deed and then explained step by step what we needed to do in order to "file" the new deed. Wendy was: personable, knowledgable, explicit in instructions, and very quick to provide what we wanted. I was amazed- I had called lawyers and learned that this "task" would cost about $400.
