It’s now Friday, almost a full week after my consult. No one from the office sent me a thing. I called the office and left a message days ago, but still no response. I feel like my money was taken and I was disregarded. If emailing me retainer documents is difficult for this office, I’m not very confident in their communication style and overall organization.
