His fees are certainly fair, especially considering his excellent work. If youre just looking for a cheap closing, try the other advertised firms where a paralegal or inexperienced attorney will boilerplate the work, and beware if a problem arises. Mr Bates manages a traditional law office with years of experience in the area, and I look forward to his expert service when my next transaction arises.
