Laura DeBadts I have banked locally with this bank in our community for 24 years. I am sure the employees are the number one reason I am still banking there. I am a low manintenance person. I deposit and withdraw and take responsibility to my banking. I dont do a lot of digital commerce. Every time I have needed something they have done it with 5 star service. Jody and Megan are outstanding in leadership and we are lucky to have them at that level of consistency. The tellers learn who I am and know me and my needs.

k stran Worst bank ever. Do yourself a favor and choose literally any other bank. You go in, the customer service sucks. The hours for this place suck. On top of that, there have been way too many instances where we have absolutely 0 access to our bank accounts. No way to login online, call and they can’t give you any information, NOTHING. Currently unable to look at my account to see anything AGAIN. What kind of janky old system are you people using?? On top of their extremely silly rules they have, their dumb hours, no after hours help, not being able to have access to our account on 10+ occasions over the past couple of year (not at all Exaggerating). It’s quite laughable that you are able to build a brand new bank 5 miles from the one you already got but unable to upgrade to a system that actually works. As I said before, steer clear of this place. Not worth the hassle at all. Also gotta love all their generic responses to complaints in the past year but absolutely 0 effort made on fixing the same ongoing problem. Hope this place goes under and quickly

Taylor Tinneny Im giving 5 stars to one person and thats to Margarita. Im a little late doing this because I have two claims boys at home and they distract me. As she heard, she was so nice and friendly and didnt seem to be bothered by my noisy background. She was kind and we laughed about some things together. She made me feel very welcome. She helped me start my service and it was so easy because of her. She is wonderful and deserves a pizza party!!

Roxanne Bartolillo I have purchased fresh baked large sheet cakes for past few years, for my family reunion and for a family birthday…..the cakes are made to order ..I’ve gotten raspberry filling, with butter cream frosting, and other fillings, as well, with the less sweet whipped frosting…they decorate the cakes beautifully….everyone always comments how delicious they are are and about the moistness of the cake itself…i will definitely order my cakes from then in the future……Well done, Delhi Price Chopper Bakery Dept!
