5 /5 Chris Casale: *EDIT* this team won me residency of my daughter!!!! I feel 110% that i was represented. Marilyn and Cassidy were the BEST team during trial. Without them, it wouldntve been possible. My situation wasnt anything but just the plain fact that I AM the better parent and they were able to prove that and move residency to ANOTHER COUNTY. A+++. HIGHLY RECCOMEND I have had so many terrible lawyers in this custody battle I’ve been dealing with for 3 years. I have never felt good after a court date until I met Marilyn. She is amazing at her job. She treats you like family, she does her absolute best and she talks to you like a person instead of a paycheck. Any men thinking of hiring her, please do. You won’t be disappointed. She is the most professionally aggressive lawyer I have ever seen. Win or lose my case, I can finally say I gave it my all and I will not lose due to bad representation. She knew exactly what to do , and I was able , with her help to get my child support lowered.I was kind of surprised that I actually got my support order lowered because I’m a man and even family members and co works told me my chance were slim. She was also a very nice lady, on time and got back to me asap if I had any questions.

The Monroe family court can be biased against fathers in my opinion and you want someone on your side who cares and will fight for you. What I saw from Cassidy is that she genuinely cares. She gave me hope that there are lawyers that want the best for you. Thank you Cassidy for all you’ve done in representing me. I know it wasn’t easy especially having to deal with the respondent. Marilyn is down to earth, and will be HONEST about if you for one, even need her service and will work with you as best she can on the financials and is upfront and honest about pricing with no surprises. I truly feel that after retaining her, she is fighting for me not for the money. Thankful I found her office!
