johnathan cruz The way Luis talks about insurance he truly makes me feel like I’ve been a car guy my whole Life his enthusiasm his excitement u can tell he truly cares about his customers and not only getting them the best deal possible but also educating them as well with certain things. Which it’s cool it’s like not only am I getting a great deal but I’m getting information from a guy who knows his stuff. In the past I’ve dealt with ppl who just try to stiff you to make themselves look good. And it turns u off quickly. If I’m spending my hard earned money, I want it to be with ppl who care. Once I came down in person after speaking on the phone with luis I smiled and soft this is my guy. I had to make the switch from Geico to state. We need more guys like Luis, ultimate car guy!

Ali Saleem My license was 2 years old and every insurance company was giving me a very hight quotation. This guy did my insurance via Countrywide insurance at a very vary reasonable price. Almost at half price what other companies were offering me. Service was quick. I was out in 20 minutes. Only downside is that he charged a higher service fee from me. But in long run cheap monthly premium installment will settle it and i ll get benefit.

I struggle to make these difficult phone calls but Erika Mevissen was so very wonderful and helpful, I cant express enough the quick and effective work she does and her ability to consistently understand my questions as well as answer them. I was in a hurry to get the progress done and without her Im not sure it wouldve happened in time. Truly one of the best operators Id had and definitely deserves a raise if not a bonus for the hard work she is doing.
