He could have took my money too but instead was honest and suggested I just go to the Dia and talk to them and save some money. I appreciate that level of respect and honesty.

1 /5 Devin Audette: I used Bergmans service in 2012 and I would not recommend. He played up the whole John Jones charge and told me that he was John Jones attorney which he was not. I told him something in confidence and he said he must tell the judge. I thought there was attorney client privilege. It was a minor charge but I was not able to fight the charge because my attorney seemed to be working against me.
