1 /5 Lana Smith: Pat Wolf made things very difficult for us at the end of our close. Not worth mentioning all details here, but in the end he fabricated a story to our attorney and would have seriously impacted our close date. Why he did this I do not know, but after this experience, I caution you to use homestead funding. My attorney, real estate agent, and the sellers real estate agent have all been informed and are shocked by his behavior. I recommend looking elsewhere for a lender than Homestead Funding.

He kept in contact frequently even if it was just to say no news is good news. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience and would highly recommend him to any and everyone! He even made the closing (which can feel very long and monotonous) an enjoyable experience.
