We sent this email a month after we moved in because well, moving is hard and because we were still thinking about how grateful we were for Todd a month later! During a process that does nothing but test you, having this guy on your side is the wisest decision you can make. My fiancé and I are also freelancers and talked to a LOT of mortgage lenders who made us feel like that was going to make our home-buying process extremely difficult, but with Todd, everything related to the mortgage and finances went as smoothly as could be.
