Mr. Bates has been extremely helpful in all phases of transactions, from initial negotiation to closing. He provides personalized service and was always accesable. He is a true legal professional, and an honest and approachable gentleman. His fees are certainly fair, especially considering his excellent work. If youre just looking for a cheap closing, try the other advertised firms where a paralegal or inexperienced attorney will boilerplate the work, and beware if a problem arises.
