5 /5 Devin Doenges: I didn’t hear of GHS until last year. I went to a dealer in Norwich (with sketchy credit), to buy a BRAND new dump trailer. They sent my loan application to GHS and I INSTANTLY got approved with very little money down required. The payment, the term, and interest rate were awesome considering my credit history. They weren’t even upset when the loan got paid off 2-3 years early LOL!! Paul at the Norwich branch is my go to loan guy from here on out! For ANYTHING! He’s professional, honest, helpful and best of all LAID BACK. Definitely recommend Paul and GHS for loans! I know I’ll be back when I need a loan again!

1 /5 Julia Young: I would give zero if I could. This bank is an absolute joke to deal with. I have had nothing but trouble with my account and proving my insurance. I called for a month straight and the phone rang so long every time it went to voicemail. I just got off the phone with a lady who told me I need to fix their problems and hung up on me when I told her no and I’ve had enough. For reference I’ve had the loan for a year and a half now. I will be getting my another company to deal with my loan.

1 /5 Keith Nowak: This has been the worst banking experience of my life. I was never issued a debit card. Three months later, still trying to get one. Closing my account tomorrow! Im telling everyone I know to never do business with these amateurs!

1 /5 Jason Condie: If I could give less stars, I would! I had been a GHS member since I was a child in the kids club, back when the front street branch was across from Nirchies. When you entered the branch, it was warm friendly faces, and a warm welcome. Lately its a regular rotating staff, it seems maybe 6 months and its all new employees, you cant reach anyone on the phone, and when you ask questions regarding the issues you have with their web access, or your debit card not working after the "great reset" you are treated like youre an idiot. I gave up, and from what I have heard, a lot have! we moved to another credit union, one that reached out in real time for fraud alerts, and account concerns. Heck they even wrote and signed a personal thank you card to my 9 year old for opening an account. I have been with a new credit union for 2 months, and already people in two branches recognize me and my kids and welcome us by first name. I dont see how GHS can keep the doors open with the high exit rate I am hearing about when discussing the disappointment they have become with folks in the community. My advice to GHS, you better figure it out quick, but you probably already are aware you have a problem. And obviously dont care!
