1 /5 Marsha Jensen: Poor response from this office, I would give zero stars if I could. When they respond, they say that they will send you info that week. Then nothing. No updates ever. Over 3 years to settle my Dads estate and no one is disputing anything....still waiting.

1 /5 Dona Surdi: We were physically at our house closing when halfway through signing Mr. Gavenda said to stop. He took us to a private room to tell us there was a lein on the property that he had been made aware of, yet chose not to share with us until that moment. He said he thought it would be cleared by closing but never checked to see if it had. He advised us to walk away and not buy the house. We had already sold our home and had moving trucks ready to show up at the new house that day. A plan of sorts was made where we could close, hold back some of the money to the seller, until they cleared the lien. They were given around 1 year. We waited nervously all that time for it to clear, which it did. We were truly in a bad position if it didnt and the lien stayed on our home. It was a terrible and emotional time due to the negligence of Mr. Gavenda.

1 /5 Tina Pazyck: It has been over 2 years since my grandfather passed away and we have been waiting for his estate to be settled! Called the office spoke with the legal assistant who told be letters would be sent out by Jan 10th. When no letter arrived called back spoke with the same person who then said no that’s not what she said and that they are short staffed and she is the only one handling the estates and she will get the done as soon as she can. WE NEED CLOSURE!!!!! Lord only knows when this will be completed! I know other people with different attorney’s have settled within a year! Let me also mention said legal assistant was totally unprofessional and rude! If we could change attorneys this late in the game I would!
