1 /5 Mcenzy Campbell: If I could give zero stars, I would. Rita All is my primary care Doctor. I absolutely love her. Visits are not rushed, shes sweet, shes personable, and really takes the time to listen without judgement. However, I went into the office on 9/11/25 dealing with some very devastating personal issues and needed a Doctors note to excuse me from work for the weekend. The provider I saw was Elisia Barber. I was not impressed in the slightest. Bedside manner was very dry, she was very short, and while Im crying and visibly upset explaining how Im feeling, she downplayed the situation and brought her political beliefs and personal opinions into the topic. Which by the way, is not an appropriate response or a way to talk to someone when they are grieving and incredibly heartbroken. Upon checking out, I told the receptionist to put it in my chart that I never want to see that provider again. It is things like this that make it hard for people to confide in people that work in the medical field. Healthcare system has been failing for years. The lack of compassion is disgusting.
