Jeff Johnson Rob is just an absolutely awesome guy! And is willing to do whatever it takes to get you the best deal possible. My 20 year old daughter is buying her first brand new car. She got a quote from her current insurance company for $400 dollars per month and I almost fell over. I contacted Rob to see if we could get that lower. After Rob took the time to contact cooperate because my daughter is buying a 2024 model year. And having them upload that model year in the system because it’s too early for those rates to be available. Rob was able to get my daughters quote to $140 per month! Rob saved my daughter $260 per month!! And quickly too! This man will do everything in his power to get you the best rate possible!!! My opinion 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again Rob! Nanette Whinnery Insurance these days is crazy but you need to keep your head that its NOT the agents fault. Jeff and I go back a bit because Ive always played the lower rate game. Hes easy to talk to. Another agent I spoke to today didnt know me and when I asked for a new binder on our policy it was in my email within 10 minutes of our call. Great customer service even if the industry is in the crapper.
