She was a prosecutor before her private practice and continues to prosecute her innocent clients. Do not hire her private investigator. He may not have the same last name as her and she will not tell you that it is her husband. If she is your attorney, look for a new one immediately and aquit her

1 /5 M Dud: Mary Felasco is not a good attorney. She is in bed with the DAs office and has no problem throwing her clients under the bus so she can keep getting fed more cases. She is spineless and only cares about herself. Do not hire Mary. If Mary Felasco is ever assigned as your council in Oswego County, you should request a different attorney. How is that for "disparaging", Mary? Shame on you. You are truly disgusting.

1 /5 Kell G: hired her to represent me during a custody battle and she did everything i did not want she gave the father what he wanted completely ignored serious evidence insulted me and went ahead and put in what was supposed to be a temporary order and when i requested a copy it said final order..and it wasnt signed by the judge at all so it wasnt even legal!!!. if you want to lose your case hire mary because she didnt bat an eye taking our 1500 dollars though to do absolutely nothing!! she is a fraud and does things her own way and not what you want...plus all she cares about is when her next vacation is. plus she wont answer your emails or phone calls and even went as far as to make me look like a difficult client to work with just because i did not agree with the order. then she sent me an email stating that she was no longer representing me!!! so i dont recommend her at all!!!
