I was assigned a paralegal, Deeranie who was nothing short of amazing. She walked me through my case every step of the way and made sure I received the proper care for my injuries. Fred Fezzuoglio I’ve known Alan Joseph since 1988 he’s always takes his cases personally and he’s an excellent attorney, Alan is always very honest with you about your case. I’ve known Toniann since the early 2000s and she also takes her cases very personal and works right alongside of Alan, and the same thing applies with Toniann she is very honest and upfront about your case. If you’re looking for an attorney, I strongly recommend them. You couldn’t get a better Attorney than Alan and Toniann as long as you’re honest with them.

It is an important distinction to draw between not getting the result you want and the incompetence of counsel. Theirs is a very, very difficult job, they are always up against opposing counsel with more resources, more time, and most often a more cooperative client.
