Short version:
Minoritys beware just like the rest of town they are not on your sid, they dont have your best intrests in mind, 0/10
Long version:
I approach the building its 11 Am , a white woman aged like 45 blonde hair, blue eyes, parks a white car,
Ignoring the woman as she parks, its a shared parking lot. im looking inside the window for to see if there is a recpition desk,
she opens her car door
She barks "what do you need"
Me: "Hey, how are you"
She barks "what do you need"
Me: Im looking for the manager
She barks the same thing, , again as if I was trying to break into a building, at 11 am no less
Im 25, i may not have done the whole "papers please" bureaucrat song and dance, but i came here looking for either a job or to hire someone But i was never asked instead being talked down to when i told her i was looking for a job, being told "byrne dairy is hiring"
She changed to a nicer tone when I told her while im not certified ive been an algorithmic trader for 7 years.
But i aleady knew what i needed to know about that place at that point. but i came here might as well commit to my plan of asking.Im trying to get my life in order how ever that means, Even if i approached it naively I never deserved to be treated that way, especially as an introduction. and like im Disapointed put simply. always treated like a criminal

"Money like everyone else, but im out " is what i should have said, then walked away but i for sure would have had the cops called on me
In all reaility after that encounter id neither Hire nor Work for her or near her.
i bet cash money this wouldnt have happened should i have had a lighter skin tone, and im already a very light skinned black/latino/white mix
ive lived around the corner and since ive started studying, and i had to work up so much courage knowing for a fact im not going to get the job im looking for already,
So this just really hurt me, im not mad but i know i deserve better, and so do any customers you may have. it really feels like as even a 1/4 very lighted skinned black kid the world is going to constantly be against you.
They dont have your best intrests in mind, but you can smell it on this woman.a mile away if your a minority you know what i mean
