Deanna I had the pleasure of working with David Wolff this past year for an injury from a car accident. I had been with another well known firm for 5 years (you know the one), and finally transferred from them. There are some decent people there, but unfortunately, I was assigned to an attorney who had qualities we all want to avoid in this field. Non responsive, not trustworthy, not diligent, disorganized, rude, and undervalued my case-as well as dissuading me from going to court if needed. The other players know which attorneys haven’t seen a court room in years, which translates to calling their bluff during negotiations. Needless to say, all of this made my suffering exponentially more dramatic. It’s important to trust your attorney, feel like they care, are honest, are responsive, skilled, and respected by other professionals. Well, David Wolff is all of those things and more. He will fight for you, and he will pull his sleeves up to do the extra work required to win. He is well respected by his peers and enjoys his job very much. The injury business has a bad rap, but only if you don’t choose your attorney wisely. Don’t go for the guys with gimmicks and cheesy commercials. My only regret is not finding David Wolff sooner. Call him now, don’t shop around. You will be very glad to be in his capable hands.

Luke Beadle I have worked with Nancy and highly recommend her office to anyone in need of family law services. Her associates are very friendly and really get to know you. They love animals too, that is a huge plus for me. I asked them about the negative reviews on here and unfortunately they came from the other side of a custody case that Nancy was involved in. I have reported the reviews as a conflict of interest and hopefully they will be taken down, Nancy has a fantastic reputation in Saratoga and the fact that someone else would take a cheap shot like that is a shame.
