C K Our initial consultation was very positive and we immediately retained Amanda. However, after retaining, there was no response from Amanda nor the secretary for a month. The voicemail was always full as. Strangely the secretary lives out of state. After a month, they scheduled us a week later and we just couldn’t wait anymore. We lost a lot of time and needed immediate assistance. We finally went to the law office where all doors were locked, we knocked on the door for several minutes when Amanda finally answered it. Amanda is very sweet and nice, and we got back our entire retainment fee. We are very grateful for that.
