He made everything so easy and guided us through all the paperwork. He made sure we understood what we were signing. We would highly recommend him for your estate planning.

Every other attorney that I called gave me a price over the phone with little to no knowledge of our wants or needs. DeFio Law insisted on a meeting first (no charge!). Others wanted to charge their hourly or a flat fee to meet first. At our meeting he gave me a price (very fair!) for the irrevocable trust. He asked about Powers of Attorney for Lori and I then advised the reasons for having them. Did those for no extra cost. At our meeting today to get all that done, I asked about updating our wills also. Took some extra time with us and did those at no charge too! Besides all that Dan is a truly nice guy who made sure we understood what we were doing and why. I recommend DeFio Law to any and all!

Over the years they have assisted me in making changes/tweaking my will. The DeFio Law Firm also helped in the probate process of my mother’s Will. Just recently they handled the closing of my home. Dan, Pam, Ann Marie, and Andrea are knowledgeable, professional and build relationships with their clients.
