Everything was done perfectly, and we closed well ahead of schedule both times (which is absolutely not always the case, Ive gathered). Very professional. Staff is courteous and professional. Cassidy Call Waiting several months and counting to close on a house. Quick easy deal, skipped all inspections to make things go quicker. Allowed their client to put their house on the market without a title. Refuses to answer anything you ask and try to discuss until 5 minutes before leaving the office on a Friday. Incompetent and idiotic on any information and thinks that he knows every little bit of information. Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money and patience dealing with them. Going to back out of a deal because they cant do any paperwork in a timely manner.
