1 /5 Tracy Cardarelli: We bought a lake house and we almost lost the house because our attorney didn’t read our email about making a cash offer and waited over 2 weeks trying to contact the bank instead of reaching out to us. After we sent a check for the purchase she returned $5,000 saying we overpaid. A week later we were contacted by our realtor that we owed that money back. She was aggressive and unhelpful for most of the process. I would never use them or recommend their services. I asked for a refund and no one ever got back to me about that. One huge disappointment!

5 /5 Olivia Pack: This review is long overdue. I got divorced a couple of years ago and Mr. Porter made it all happen very quickly and painlessly. I received a consult and was able to ask any and all questions to make sure I was in the right hands. I had previously went to another law firm in Watertown where I received zero consult but was expected to pay a $2500 retainer to find out the next steps. I am so glad that I found Mr. Porter. My divorce was finalized within 3 months and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. The paralegal, Rhonda, that worked for him at the time (not sure if she’s still there) was wonderful as well.

5 /5 Dustin Cobb: I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Legal processes take time and dont happen in a day. Megan and her team have been nothing but helpful with my situation and have gone above and beyond what is required out of a legal team to help me with what I needed. Theyre a solid bunch, and I could never do what they do when it comes to balancing so many different parties, and bearing the brunt of the many different people involved in my process. They are a stellar team that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone.

1 /5 Charles Brown: After using this office satisfactorily for a property purchase, went into the office to request a referral to another lawyer who could represent me in a specialized law field. I encountered extremely rude personnel who refused to assist me in any way. For a law office that proudly posts our (clients) rights in their lobby, they seem to have forgotten that I was a client. Past tense. I will not use them again.

1 /5 DJ Gorra: I chose them by default to handle my mothers estate when she passed because they were the ones who helped write her will. Theyve dragged their feet on this for THREE YEARS. Ive been passed around from paralegal to paralegal as they seem to come and go from the firm very quickly. Any time I call or email theyre always very rude as if Im imposing on them by requesting they do the job I have hired them for. After trying to contact the most recent paralegal I had been working with I found out she had left the firm with no notice to me. I called the firm to see about having someone else assigned to the case to finally finish it up and apparently this office is now closed. Unsurprising considering how atrocious my entire experience has been with them. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
