1 /5 Tiffany Harris: This bank goes back on what they say and they have an employee who watches everyones accounts and then talk about it. They keep track of businesses around town and gossip about it. They keep track of personal accounts to report back to family

1 /5 lori McKinstry: This bank has been responsible for a number of money wiring errors resulting in large sums of money being scammed from the elderly and also businesses. They do not follow protocol, they do they do not follow red flag laws, they consider major errors just an oversight. They are more concerned about losing their jobs than assisting a long term elderly customer recoup a large amount of their savings due to their negligence and errors in the preparation of a wire fraud document. It is so very sad to experience their justification and lack of concern for these tragic mistakes. Please keep your elderly safe and find another bank .

1 /5 KHWprogram star: do NOT and I mean DO NOT use community bank, have had nothing but problems with this bank, and not just me but my whole family! Everyone that ik that uses community has experienced identity theft and credit card fraud. This bank will NOT tell you if your identity has been stolen or if there is any suspicious activity. I found out through Verizon what was going on. A phone company is better than this bank!

1 /5 Alyssa Allen: Im not impressed with this new merger that was made. When you make a deposit sure you get a receipt but not with a new account balance, so in my opinion its a waste of paper . The bank statements only come every 3 months now so if you want know anything before that you have to call, its a big pain. I wouldnt recommend this new bank in general i am thinking of changing banks due to the excess charges or fees. I miss Oneida savings bank.

Although she was clearly super busy she had unwavering patience and I felt like her only client. Took all of my calls immediately answered all my questions and was just all around wonderful to deal with. This is why I try to bank local.
