Deanna I had the pleasure of working with David Wolff this past year for an injury from a car accident. I had been with another well known firm for 5 years (you know the one), and finally transferred from them. There are some decent people there, but unfortunately, I was assigned to an attorney who had qualities we all want to avoid in this field. Non responsive, not trustworthy, not diligent, disorganized, rude, and undervalued my case-as well as dissuading me from going to court if needed. The other players know which attorneys haven’t seen a court room in years, which translates to calling their bluff during negotiations.
