She was very helpful walking me through the customization process to get exactly what I wanted; she was timely in her responses and attentive to all the details, no mistakes along the way. This is a ring that I bought for myself after getting divorced; it was a gift to myself for taking the tough road of leaving my marriage and prioritizing myself and my children. The three sapphires represent me and my two beautiful daughters, and I wear it on my left hand to represent my commitment to myself and them. I loved this setting because the prong style reminds me of little crowns cradling the sapphires. However, this setting originally had two diamonds on either side of the main sapphire and the band was plain. Marie helped me change the design to include two color-matched sapphires on either side of the main and added 7 pave diamonds on either side of the sapphires. The ring is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the whole process went so smoothly; the ring arrived perfectly with such nice presentation in the box. I’m so glad I worked with this company to get exactly what I wanted. It was worth every penny. If you are looking for any kind of sapphire jewelry, don’t waste your time anywhere else. The quality, care, and professionalism you get here is wonderful along with fair pricing.
