Capital One Bank - Riverhead (NY)

1 /5 Fred 2007: Not military friendly. They told me that my military Id card isn’t a primary proof of Identification. It has my picture on it and it’s government issued. I’ve used it before and at other places.They just make up rules .The two tellers had no respect for the military ,

Both the personal banker and fraud department were extremely supportive and helpful with a sensitive banking situation and did everything to assist me in resolving the situation. 1 /5 Phil Wilkinson: Bank has gone WAY WAY downhill over the past few years. No personalized service. Go there one day and then go there a week later and it’s conpletely different staff. Unfriendly. Not helpful. They make up rules as they go along. At this point the only reason why I still bank with them is it’s convenient for me to do so. Will definitely be switching banks as soon as the time is right. Much better options out there whether it’s for you personally or for a business.

I’m glad I set an appointment here as the employee named Gabby that helped me was both courteous and thorough. The same goes for another colleague of hers named Chris that helped us through the process. It was a simple appointment for creating a small-business account that I was delighted to open here.
