Capital One Bank - Bronx (NY)

1 /5 Alison Dominguez: I’ve had the worst experience with this particular branch. I’ve been to this branch three times to try to open an account and I resgister. The tablet said I only had one person in front of me. I can see the bankers working with people, but one of them finished and step to the back neglecting the rest of the customers. 35 minutes later is when the person came out the back to call next. In between that time I could hear him socializing in the back. Horrible experience.

5 /5 Khaled alkaawani: I Usually skip at least one or two branches on my way to get to this branch every time I need to go to the bank. Never have a problem in this place unlike Fordham Rd branch or the one on 233rd st & White Plains Rd. Even though its a small place in a busy and crowded area, yet they have the best staff. Friendly and everything is always smooth and convenient. And Im also going there in the Morning :)

5 /5 Jennifer HWYBRD: I don’t have a regular savings or checking account but my credit card is covered by Capital Bank and it’s great and efficient to deal with. No issues with getting into my account at anytime. But I also never miss payments or or max my card. Always try to park my balance or at least the statement balances.

1 /5 Roxanne T: Last night I went to the Capital One Bank in my area. Every time I go to this bank there is something suspicious going on but it is the only location in my area. Even when the bank is open, there is so much going on. I try to go late at night or early morning, thinking that no one will be hanging around. Well, this night took the cake. I needed to make a deposit and there was a man inside. I didnt know what he was doing but I figured I would take a picture in case anything happened. As soon as I walked in the man tells me, not to take any pictures of him, and that I needed to hurry up and get out, he had a right to be there and I didnt. Then proceeded to tell me that the Bank and the Police know that hes there and that they dont have a problem with it, he said hes not hiding. Then he continued on his rant, cursing me out, and threatening me. Then I left, as I waited for a cab I see all these people that are connected to him, one woman was hiding outside the bank, then two more women came and he let them in the bank. They went inside to talk to him, then they left. He even tried to lure me back inside the bank by telling the woman outside to ask me if I left my bank card inside by the garbage can. Needless to say Im done with Capital One, between this episode and their payment processing issue they were having its, time to find a less chaotic bank.

1 /5 Through My Eyes: Was asked how I can be helped, then the associate walks off without saying excuse me lol. One staff on a Friday afternoon is just laughable. This place embodies the term GHETTO, do better! Twiddling your fingers, opening and closing laptops and making small talk, get busy!
