Upstates Official Sherri Vertucci is HANDS DOWN the BEST attorney when it comes to family law. I won’t get into the specifics of my case but as a father I felt like I was “getting kicked around the courtroom” so to speak. Sherri has immediately resolved a number of issues my previous attorney left behind. If you are reading this and called Sherri’s office and were told there’s a consult fee and might be wondering if it is worth it, it is, I’ll tell you like this… you’ll leave that consultation knowing what your options are whether you go forward with hiring Sherri or not, Sherri will advise how to move forward on your own and/or what she can do to help you through your situation, if anything at all, it’s not a waste of money for the consult. In fact, when I scheduled my consult and the day came for my appointment, I spent about 5 hours with Sherri, but she already had a comprehensive understanding of my complex situation before I even sat down. She was more prepared for the consultation than my prior attorney was for the whole trial. She has executed motions and effectively put into words what I could not, she has organized everything and presented it to the court like no attorney I’ve ever seen. Sherri doesn’t just “care about the money” like other reviews state, but if you want a well respected attorney that treats your case as if it were her own, is organized, punctual, professional, compassionate and actually wants to achieve what’s best for your children and family, it’s gonna cost some money… for me, my children are my everything and I will stop at nothing to protect them from potential harm. There’s no price for that kind peace of mind. She’s effectively been able to give me just that. Sherri is worth every single penny. Hiring her has taken a boulder off my shoulders and I know that my family is in good hands. Lastly, when you aren’t speaking to Sherri, her assistant, Audra is absolutely PHENOMENAL. I was reluctant at first with the consult fee, but you get what you pay for and nothing good comes cheap. I highly recommend Sherri Vertucci and Audra for legal services.

Luke Beadle I have worked with Nancy and highly recommend her office to anyone in need of family law services. Her associates are very friendly and really get to know you. They love animals too, that is a huge plus for me. I asked them about the negative reviews on here and unfortunately they came from the other side of a custody case that Nancy was involved in. I have reported the reviews as a conflict of interest and hopefully they will be taken down, Nancy has a fantastic reputation in Saratoga and the fact that someone else would take a cheap shot like that is a shame.
