3 /5 Toby Logan: I’ve been using the tax service for at least 10 years but I’ve recently experienced late filings. They also started charging an extra fee for credit card use without notice.

1 /5 Daniel Smith: I went to this company to have my taxes done. It felt very unorganized. I was told I had to do a BOI with the Department of Treasury and that it was a new law that was required for LLC’s. I looked it up and it’s actually voluntary. I did file it but to say it’s required and then try to charge me seems a little sketchy. I was told that I could be fined a lot of money per day if I didn’t file it and that they could do it for me when in fact there is a stay order on that law and the reporting requirement is currently not being enforced against any entity at this time. It’s sad that I had to get the correct information myself. I ended up doing my taxes myself. When I called to ask if they are aware of the fact that they are not enforcing the BOI law at this time, they hung up on me. These things deter me from going to accountants.
