1 /5 Sir: Case workers who have no idea what theyre doing, and have no concern if a client goes without life critical help. Case worker will sit on your info for months without filing with the proper agencies for assistance. They also wont answer their phone, will not return texts. This agency is supposed to be helping those in the community. I give them a hard F- for a grade on their efforts. It makes me wonder how many people have died as a result of their indifference.

5 /5 Maestra Americana: Its good to know that there are places like OLHSA that assist families in need. I met with Ms. Wilson. She is one of the coordinators. A caring professional with a lovely demeanor makes it worthwhile. I am looking forward to collaborating with this agency. Ill keep you posted!
