They are the very true definition of a mom and pop operation that delivers personalized customer service and outstanding benefits. You would be very hard pressed to find anyone better in the entire area.

Denise Davis Ive been a Citizens customer way before they were Citizens, Charter One, actually. Now, Im getting really perturbed about the customer service that is not shown when pertaining to their ATM functionality. 90% of the time is down, out of money or will NOT accept deposits! Currently, I only have this account with them out of convenience, but its not convenient anymore! I have to drive all over town to find a functioning ATM to do simple transactions. Not just this location, but many others. Time to bank elsewhere!
