Chicquita Edwards The service in trouble !!! But it is Comerica Banks system !!! Some of the people are old and slow, but even if you have a checking account and you at the drive thur, you have to wait 20 to 25 minutes because they have to get a manager to approve the check and I was told one or twice they could not cash my check because I did not have enough money in my account and I was depositing money in my account and no one was there to Authorize the transaction. This Bank is trouble and I am going to change Banks as so as my account expired with my job.

Kay Harris I absolutely loved working with Dorethia Kelly! She knows her stuff and does a great job of helping you understand the financial information and lessons, why you need to change and HOW to implement the changes needed. All the information in the world doesnt mean anything if you don’t know how to apply it to your situation and benefit from it. And then I discovered its virtually impossible to contact them. I wonder if theyll know why no one is signing up for their webinars?

John Lockheed My experience with Dylan Kruathofer was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor — I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates, and when I did get a response, it often left me more confused than before. There was little guidance through the process, and I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Getting a home loan is already stressful, and instead of making things easier, working with Dylan only added more frustration. I was left feeling unsupported and misled, and I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and professional mortgage experience.
