Brinn LaFave Brittany was wonderful and patient! I think some of the bad reviews might be people that are in desperate positions, which I understand are stressful, but this is my second time with the same location and I have never had a problem.

Kathleen I am so happy I thought to share my experience. Having James Uh as my financial advisor has made me much more confident about my financial future. I had been a poor planner and I had so much anxiety thinking about it. James was very knowledgeable, kind and professional and put me at ease. I appreciated how patient he was when I had multiple questions. His assistant, Vanessa, is always helpful to me when I call with any questions. Great resource for financial planning!

Kristin Clemens As a very small dealership in Ohio, every dollar counts. 1st Choice provides me with very reasonable fees. This helps me make every purchase count! My Territory Manager is top-notch, too - super easy to worth with and very approachable. I love that they do not cookie-cutter my dealership with anyone elses. We are unique people with individual needs, and 1st Choice treats me as a valued customer every time.

Jackie Kay I came to Our Credit Union back in 2020 and opened up a savings account. I then proceeded to purchase a car and took out a loan with them. Best experience! I was 20 years old at the time, never done such a thing before, and was honestly scared of making such a big financial move. Since day one the staff at both Warren and Royal Oak locations have been extremely helpful through my journey. They looked out for me as if i was their own family member! I got AMAZING rates with them and last month I just made my last payment on my car! (Yay!) I will continue recommend this credit union to everyone I know.

Aimee Dunn Havent had many issues while banking here but lately things seem like theyre going downhill. Not specifically this branch, the company as a whole. Banking hours only til 4pm...seriously? Most banks are open until atleast 5pm. Thats why its called "banking" hours. But I guess were supposed to just do everything digitally. Very disappointed in this company. Been a client for almost 10 years, but will be taking my money elsewhere.
